Original 16mm film scan and edit of the 1992 ”Drop in the Park” concert. It was a free, voter-registration event held by Pearl Jam on September 20, 1992, at Magnuson Park in Seattle, Washington. City officials canceled the band’s original free concert at Gas Works Park in May 1992, citing crowd size and security concerns. It was a defining moment for Seattle’s grunge era and successfully encouraged about 3,000 fans to register to vote on-site.
